I had consultations for both my eyes and nose. It seemed like a clinic that focuses more on the nose than the eyes.
I had a very clear question in mind.
For the eyes, I wanted to know whether they could correct my uneven eyes and, since I dislike eyes that look too close together, whether it would be possible to make the inner corners look more open with just double eyelids without inner corner surgery. For the nose, the most important thing was whether they could naturally raise the bridge and tip without making my nostrils, which are already small and triangular, become even more triangular and smaller after surgery.
They told me not to do the nose surgery They said correcting nostrils that spread outward horizontally is easy, but correcting nostrils that are pointed upward is difficult, and since my forehead is low, raising the bridge would make my nose look longer.
For the eyes, they said they couldn’t correct the unevenness, and if my goal was to make my eyes bigger, I should do it. But they said I would need partial incision, fat removal from the eyelids, and inner corner surgery for the double eyelid line to come out nicely.
They seemed very conservative, which I liked, but another hospital gave me a double eyelid line design that I liked more, so I probably won’t have surgery there.
Remove stitches in 5 days and come back again after 3 months. They said there’s no separate aftercare period, but they will keep seeing me. On the other hand, there’s no aftercare such as swelling-laser treatment.
