About 15 years ago, I had surgery at [Hospital A] for a deviated septum. The functional issues were handled very well during the operation, and they supported the nose with the septum, so I liked that my nose became higher than before. But since I naturally had a bulbous nose, from the front it felt a bit blunt? It is actually so natural that it does not even look like a surgical nose, but when viewed from the side, the straight profile, a very slight deviation to the left, and improvement of the bulbous tip started to become a complex for me.
So I am looking into surgery now, but these days they intentionally make the nose look a bit straight with a slight hump, right? That is exactly the kind of look I wanted: natural but a little glamorous? What they call a polished natural look. I am searching for a good hospital.
But I am also wondering whether it is okay to touch my nose again in my mid-30s. Nose surgery really seems to be highly difficult and something that only someone with a strong aesthetic sense can do well... I have already organized all the surgery information and precautions in detail.
