The goal was to keep it natural, and that's how it turned out. Honestly, I worried most about complications. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to breathe... But they didn't touch the septum, and my goal wasn't to make it higher, just to refine the tip at the end, so in conclusion there were no complications at all and I'm satisfied.
