Reverse Clinic Hongdae Branch Review

I visited a few years ago for acne extractions and scaling, so I did not see a doctor. The skincare specialist, maybe because she had not been properly trained, did not extract anything at all, and the scaling was also done carelessly, as was the cryo treatment.. everything was done carelessly. And outwardly it looks like a nice place because it is on a high floor with a pretty view and clean facilities, but once you go inside the treatment room, it was an environment so unpleasant that it felt gross: old-looking beds, dirty beds, and beds crammed tightly into a narrow space with no curtain or partition at all. There was no separate powder room, so after the treatment I could not fix my hair and had to leave with it just as it was. And what was most disappointing of all was that, whether it was the head manager or the doctor's wife, the staff were shouting at the other employees at the front desk even though there were people all around.. Seeing that, I just decided I would never come back ^^
