I had eye correction, front canthoplasty, and an incision procedure about 10 years ago. As soon as I got double eyelid surgery, the back part of one eyelid crease loosened, so I got aftercare right away, but it loosened again. I thought maybe my skin was the problem and lived with it, but after reading reviews here, it seems a lot of people had the same issue. The eye-opening correction also ended up uneven, but since the difference was small, I just lived with it. I also checked the front canthoplasty and it was uneven too, but a revision or another canthoplasty felt too risky, so I decided to just live with it.. Right after double eyelid surgery, I really liked the crease and it looked so natural that nobody noticed. But when I closed my eyes, the front canthoplasty scar was.. In the end, even the eye that did not loosen became a partial double eyelid, so I had revision surgery in Seoul. I had all the scars removed. A friend who had surgery with me also ended up with a partial double eyelid. But it does not seem to have loosened.. The crease and fixation were really natural, so if it had not loosened, I wonder if I would have needed revision surgery.
