Is it inevitable for double eyelids to become inner double eyelids??

I had non-incisional double eyelid surgery, but it came undone, so I’m going to do it again. I want an in-out line without the feeling of an inner double eyelid. But I heard that as you get older, sagging develops and fat accumulates, so the double eyelid gradually gets thinner and often becomes an inner double eyelid.. Is that really true? ㅜㅜ I’m in my late 20s now, so it would be better to get a definite revision surgery with an incision, right? Yuno, Wink, Ewa Baek, Chai, Weverse I’m going to book consultations at clinics, and since I’m taking time to go for consultations, I hope none of them are terrible ㅜ
