The place felt a lot like a regular hospital. There were quite a few people waiting, and I could talk to the manager right away without waiting, but I had to wait a little before I could consult with the doctor. When I asked about the surgery, they answered carefully, but the overall consultation time was short, which was disappointing. Still, I liked that the manager organized everything in detail.
