This is my 8-week update. The swelling has gone down a lot now, and people around me keep saying I look much more natural. Lower eyelid surgery is truly a very satisfying procedure... The most important thing was safety, first and foremost, and second also safety. The pulling sensation in my eyeballs is gone, and the hard, tight feeling under my eyes has all loosened up now too. I still feel some tightness in the muscles when I squint, but there is no uncomfortable feeling like in the early period after surgery. In photos, my eye area looks clearer than before.
