My forehead was a bit sunken, so for 2-3 years I kept debating between fat grafting and filler, and in the end I chose filler and got the procedure done. I had seen a lot of reviews saying forehead filler hurts a lot, so I was worried, but apart from the little sting from the local anesthetic, it did not hurt at all. It just feels awful.. so the director kept talking to me the whole time during the procedure.
The consultation was not great. I wanted to use a cheaper domestic filler and get a generous amount, but after asking about my budget, they recommended a more expensive filler. If I used that one, I would get less volume than I had originally planned, but they kept persuading me, so I ended up going along with what the consultant suggested.. It felt a bit forced I got less than the amount I had originally thought of, but all things considered I am satisfied with the result. It filled only the sunken area, which might actually be better. But after getting forehead filler, my forehead did not become lumpy, but the skin got a little wrinkly(?). It is not noticeable enough to really bother me, so I am just living with it..
