I had a consultation there about 3 years ago. The doctor prefers a line where the bridge goes in and out following the forehead, which was similar to the look I like. We talked about smoothing the hump and using ear cartilage for the tip, and because my nose was drooping, they said at first it would need to look quite lifted. The consultant also said my columella was short, so it would not be possible to lift it too much... In the end I only had the consultation because of my schedule at the time, so I did not actually get nose surgery then, but I remember the doctor as someone who seemed trustworthy...
