I went in for a scar treatment consultation, and the consultation was handled by a manager who felt like a grandma. I asked to see before-and-after photos of similar cases, but they kept showing me different cases and saying things had improved a lot (*from here my trust dropped and I could not help saying, 'This is a different case from mine... I asked to see a case similar to mine..?'). The photos they showed as similar cases had such a small effect that I could not even tell much improvement before and after. In the end the director came and roughly wrote on a pen what treatment it was, then left. Maybe after 1 minute..? The cost was absurdly expensive too, so I passed and am getting specialized treatment elsewhere now.
