I had a dorsal hump and my nose tip was very droopy, so my face always felt like something was lacking lol... So I made up my mind and had nose surgery at [Clinic A] this time~!
The part I like most after the surgery is that the hump is gone, and my nose does not feel unnaturally high. It rose in a natural way, and the tip lifted just enough, so my face feels more centered and my whole face looks much more refined.
What I was worried about before surgery was whether it would look artificial. But there is none of that at all, and it came out as exactly the kind of pretty, refined nose I wanted, so I really like it~!
Also, before surgery I worried quite a bit about the materials. I wanted to use autologous costal cartilage, but I wondered whether the scar would be too noticeable.. The director showed me actual photos and explained that the scar ended up much more subtle than I expected, so I had the surgery with autologous costal cartilage, and I really think it was the right choice~
If you like a refined nose like mine, I recommend not touching the bridge too much and just refining the tip a little bit.. The director positioned the tip very delicately and beautifully, so my satisfaction with the nose surgery is top level~~!
