I had been thinking about nose surgery for years, and this time I had the procedure done by Director Lee Ji-hwan at Between Plastic Surgery. I'm leaving this review to share information. My nose was originally crooked, so I wanted to improve both the functional and aesthetic aspects at the same time, and I also had bulbous nose correction with alar reduction. For the material, I used ear cartilage as recommended by the director, and the bridge was done with a custom implant made to fit my nose shape. Before surgery, my nose looked blunt and made my face seem heavy, but now the line is neatly refined and my nose looks much slimmer. The crooked part was corrected well too, and I was worried about a scar from the alar reduction, but it doesn't show at all and it healed cleanly. The director has a style of pointing out only what is necessary without overdoing things, so I felt I could trust him!!
