I got revision surgery because of a double crease and a kinked line, but the place I originally had it done was too far, so I couldn’t go there. I was wondering where to go, then got lazy, had just one consultation at the place where I had my epicanthoplasty/canthoplasty done, and went ahead with it right away. These days people say double eyelid surgery isn’t even really surgery, so I think I took it too lightly.
Originally my double eyelids were soft, and except for the line itself being kinked in an out-fold shape, I liked everything about them. But during the revision, I think the doctor tied the fixation really tightly. The color of my eyelid below the double eyelid line became a little darker. Since it was changed from an out-fold to an in-fold, my eyes look so stuffy, and anyone can tell I had double eyelid surgery. Even if they swell just a little, they become really sausage-like,,
It’s already been 2 years, but the deep line shows no sign of loosening, and the scar is dark too,,, I’m upset. The distance between my eyes and eyebrows isn’t particularly long, and it’s not completely ruined right now, so I’m also hesitant about getting a second revision ㅜ Can eyes with strong fixation be made softer/lighter again?
