It's already been 5 days ㅠ At first, I was so nervous and scared thinking about going into the operating room, but everyone in the operating room was so kind and cheerfully helped me relax, so I think I had the surgery without trembling! And on the first day, as soon as the surgery was over, they gave me an ice pack right away, so I kept it on, and I really still don't have swelling or bruising! Maybe just a slightly yellowish look beside my eyes?ㅎ I was so surprised too because I really had no pain at all. Isn't rhinoplasty usually supposed to hurt the most? ㅠ But it hurt far less than double eyelid surgery and breast surgery, and the hospital where I had surgery didn't put cotton inside my nose, so breathing was really comfortable!! And the best thing is that I can sleep lying down!! When I was considering hospitals, the line mattered too, of course, but my top priority was good aftercare and not having discomfort in daily life. When I visited the hospital on day 3, I thought they would only remove the tape on my ear and disinfect it!!
But what is this ㅠ When I went, they gave me an injection to reduce swelling, disinfected inside my nose, removed foreign material from inside my nose since they didn't put cotton in, and even did a swelling laser treatment ㅠ I only had rhinoplasty, but it felt like I came back after receiving care..ㅠ That was honestly the part I was most satisfied with!
As for the line, I had a bit of a hump, and as you can see in the before photos, the bridge started with a slight hook! kind of feeling, and the left and right sides of my nose felt very different ㅠ So matching the asymmetry was the priority. They said if the nasal bridge starts too high up, it can look unnatural, so they suggested starting around the double eyelid line! And for the nose shape, I wanted it to be as glamorous as possible, so I intentionally brought only photos with very glamorous lines! But the director said they don't just do everything exactly like that no matter what; it has to be done within what is possible depending on the condition of your own nose, or you will struggle later. That made me trust them even more ㅠ So I think the line came out well, as glamorous as possible!
I want to hurry and remove the splint, do pretty makeup, and take lots of photos! I'll post another review after removing the splint!!
