Inframammary incision, Mentor Xtra Moderate High 330 (same on both sides)
Before surgery: A cup, breast base 12, rib cage 68
Desired size: C cup
- Choosing the clinic I had been stressed because my breasts were small and clothes did not fit nicely, so I ended up getting surgery this Lunar New Year. I gathered information from various places, made a list, and went around for consultations, and the last place I visited is where I had surgery this time.
I got annoyed because I waited quite a long time, but once I went into the consultation room, the consultant explained everything in a friendly way, so I was able to comfortably ask about this and that lol What I liked most was that they did not pressure me about implants... I also liked the price! Since my budget is something I cannot ignore.. hehe I liked that the aftercare was systematic too. I also liked that I could view the CCTV footage and that there was an anesthesiologist lol There are more reasons I liked it, but I will stop here lolol
There is also only one director for breast surgery, so that made me feel even more reassured. The director came in during the consultation too, explained things in detail, and pointed out only the necessary parts clearly, so I liked that the consultation did not drag on unnecessarily. I think I chose the clinic well.
- The day of surgery My surgery was at 12 on 1/21, so I visited the clinic by 11. I came in after fasting for 8 hours, changed clothes, washed my face, gargled, and had breast photos taken. I met the director, and while designing, we decided on the size again (I was originally debating between 330 and 350, but I chose 330 because I was worried it might become too much!) I was also able to ask about things I was curious about before surgery! I was also going to have inverted nipple correction, so we decided on the surgical method before going in hehe The surgery took 2 hours and 30 minutes. As I was waking up from anesthesia, I was sooooooo cold that my whole body was shaking, but the nurse wrapped me up in blankets, and even after moving me to the recovery room, they blew warm air into the blanket, so I warmed up quicklyㅠㅠ Honestly, that was the hardest part.
After I got home, the upper band was really, really uncomfortable and I wanted to take it off, but at the same time I thought, at least this clinic does not use a compression bra or drainage tubes... Even one upper band feels suffocating, so I wondered how hard it would have been if I had been wrapped up in layers.. So I am still wearing it obediently now lol It is still day 4, so I am swollen, but daily life is gradually getting easier, and I am busy browsing underwear lolol
Once I take off the upper band and remove the gauze attached to the nipple area, I will be able to see more clearly, right..? I will take photos again then and upload them~~ Thank you for reading!
