I’m planning revision double-eyelid surgery. They recommended posterior canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty... But I also need under-eye fat repositioning. Which should I do first? Since they say they can’t be done at the same time, should I do the under-eye fat repositioning first and then the canthoplasty 3 months later?
