Actually, my skin was sagging, and I didn't like my deep cheek fat and jawline, so I went in to get Ulthera.. The consultant said I don't have much facial fat, so she recommended Thermage instead of Ulthera. She recommended it, saying it works well for pores because my pores are the size of the Pacific Ocean. I decided to trust the expert, but I didn't get to meet the doctor and went straight into the procedure... So I don't even know who the doctor was. lol For now, I had no pain or swelling at all, and the procedure only stung a little? As for the effect, my skin definitely became softer and feels smooth. There was no change in my deep cheek fat or jawline, but my skin texture definitely improved. The cost is brutal, and since you have to get it once a year, that's the issue, but if I had the money, I think I'd get it regularly.
