Because it's a procedure so many people get, I feel reassured getting it. At first I was surprised that they inject right away without separate anesthesia, but after doing it, it was fine. I can't really tell if the effect is dramatic, but it seems like they inject it without overdoing it.
Rather than the counselor... it seems like the director listens to the situation in more detail and injects accordingly. *I hope the counselor gets a bit more friendly training
