It’s been almost three months since I had everything removed from my nose because of silicone inflammation and columellar contracture, and only had the columella lengthened with septal cartilage. I was fairly satisfied even after the removal, and got through it well without a contraction period or anything else, but still, once the look of my nose in photos from when I had silicone was gone, I didn’t even feel like taking pictures ㅠㅠㅠ I ended up wanting revision surgery. At the place that did the removal, they said silicone doesn’t suit me, and if I’m thinking of having revision surgery later, I shouldn’t put silicone in ㅠㅠㅠ I want to have revision surgery after about a year. Aside from silicone, what can be used to raise the nasal bridge??? ㅠㅠ I’ve heard people say autologous rib cartilage can be put in the nasal bridge, and it seems like donated dermis? can be put in the nasal bridge too. For anyone who had surgery without an implant, I’m curious what you had put in your nasal bridge ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
