Consultation details: Both the doctor and the consultant were kind, and I liked that there was no pressure to pay a deposit. They recommended putting only 1-2 mm of silicone on the nasal bridge, tip rhinoplasty to improve the nose looking long because the nasal tip is pressed down, correction of a bulbous nose, correction of a deviated nose, shaving the hump, and since my nostrils/alar base are ambiguously on the wide side, they recommended considering alar reduction after rhinoplasty. I really liked that they picked up on the parts I was concerned about.
The waiting time was shorter than I expected (about 10 minutes). I filled out the chart before the consultation, went to the restroom, and then went straight into the consultation. The AS period was also much longer than at other clinics. They said that if the patient has a problem after surgery, they would provide AS for only the material cost.
The doctor kindly explained which parts would be good to fix, and since I also wanted something natural rather than a flashy nose, I really liked it. But they do not do functional rhinoplasty.

Consultation details: Both the doctor and the consultant were kind, and they explained in detail how the surgery would be done.
The surgical plan was almost the same as the clinic above. Only 2-3 mm of silicone on the nasal bridge, tip rhinoplasty to improve the nose looking long because the nasal tip is pressed down, correction of a bulbous nose, correction of a deviated nose, shaving the hump, and *no alar reduction. It would look strange if done.* They said that because my face is small and my eyes are on the larger side, even a flashy nose would probably suit me. They said they could also do functional rhinoplasty together if I wanted. This clinic has an anesthesiology specialist, and the doctors graduated from Seoul National University, so for some reason I felt reassured.
I waited about 20 minutes. Before consulting with the doctor, the consultant guided me very kindly. AS period is 1 year, postoperative care O I liked the doctor, the surgical plan, and the aftercare, so after hearing from the consultant that I could get a 100% refund up to one week before surgery, I made a reservation, but in the end I got my deposit refunded (received a 100% refund).
The consultant was also bright and kind, and I liked the direction of rhinoplasty the doctor proposed, so if I had a friend who wanted cosmetic rhinoplasty, I would want to recommend it.
But... the reason I ultimately decided not to do it at either clinic I was having a lot of trouble with nasal obstruction, so I plan to have surgery at an ENT clinic where it is easier to process through indemnity insurance. The doctor at the first clinic also said, "You need to come after having surgery for a deviated septum. Otherwise, you will have difficulty breathing when you have cosmetic surgery," so I plan to go around for more consultations again.
p.s. Please recommend a plastic surgery clinic that collaborates with ENT or an ENT clinic that is good at functional rhinoplasty (bulbous nose)!

Consultation details: They asked whether I prioritize functional rhinoplasty or cosmetic rhinoplasty more, and I answered that both are important. (1) Function: I have a deviated septum, rhinitis (inferior turbinate? treated with radiofrequency without cutting), and nasal valve stenosis. They said it must be very hard for me to breathe right now (I actually have a lot of trouble breathing, so I am looking into clinics with ENT specialists). (2) Cosmetic: No implant (septal cartilage, and ear cartilage if insufficient): they do not recommend silicone because it would make the nose look long. Lift the droopy nasal tip, correct the bulbous nose, no alar reduction. (3) Notable points during consultation with the doctor: They showed academic materials and before-and-after photos of patients with noses similar to mine, and explained in detail how they would operate. Anesthesia would be sedation or general anesthesia. After preoperative tests, it would be decided through an anesthesiology specialist.
[Good points] (1) Thorough consultation: The doctor explained in detail the internal nasal structure and why surgery was needed. After taking a CT, they used an endoscope to directly explain the condition of my nose. For the cosmetic part, they said that if I have anything I want, I should bring in photos of the nose I want and, conversely, photos of noses I want to avoid once more before surgery so we can match the direction. They were kind and looked carefully even though it was late. (I think the consultation was about 20-30 minutes.) I wanted a natural-looking nose that reduces my shortcomings, so I liked it. (2) No pressure to pay a deposit: This time I was planning not to put down a deposit even if they gave me a discount for doing so. Fortunately, nothing happened.
[Concerns] (1) Nasal valve stenosis cannot be processed through indemnity insurance?: I have two more places reserved, and if other clinics also say I have nasal valve stenosis then it is fine, but since it is possible I may not need nasal valve surgery, I plan to visit the clinics and ask the insurance company. (The remaining two places are both ENT clinics.) (2) What about the dorsal hump?: I do not remember well what they said about the hump.. I may not have heard it because I was tired during the consultation (after waiting about 1 hour and 10 minutes?). If I have surgery here, I plan to ask the doctor what will happen with the hump.
[Cost] If I cannot get the nasal valve covered by insurance, it is the most expensive clinic among all the clinics I have been to so far. (At the previous plastic surgery clinics, I had never heard anything about nasal valve stenosis. I had only heard about deviated septum and rhinitis.)
