Revision rhinoplasty

I booked revision rhinoplasty at Respect in mid-April, and this is my 3rd surgery now. For the second one, the silicone had shifted, so I had it corrected, and this time, the nasal tip was done only with septal cartilage and became too low, so I'm doing it again. But I don't know whether I should use autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage ㅠ I'm 24, and people say since it leaves a scar and hurts, I should just use donated costal cartilage, but I heard autologous costal cartilage droops less. Also, I want my nasal bridge to have a certain amount of thickness, so they recommended dermal grafting. That can be done with either donated or autologous material, but which would be better? ㅜ Is there a big difference, by any chance??? The price difference is also quite big, so I'm trying to be careful. Please give me advice
