For my first surgery, I said I wanted no implant, but they recommended silicone, saying side effects almost never happen, so I got silicone, but I developed inflammation and had it removed.. It’s been about 7 months since the silicone was removed, but after taking it out, my nose has become more upturned and the hump area looks broadly scooped out I don’t want costal cartilage or silicone Can the bridge of the nose be done with only ear cartilage???... I’m not aiming for anything dramatic.. And I’d be grateful if you could recommend hospitals for revision surgery too..
