For my first surgery, I said I wanted no implant, but they recommended silicone, saying side effects almost never happen, so I got silicone, but I developed inflammation and had it removed.. It’s been about 7 months since the silicone was removed, but after taking it out, my nose has become more upturned and the hump area looks broadly scooped outㅠ I don’t want costal cartilage or siliconeㅠㅠ Can the bridge of the nose be done with only ear cartilage??? ㅠㅠ... I’m not aiming for anything dramatic.. ㅠㅠ And I’d be grateful if you could recommend hospitals for revision surgery tooㅠㅠ..

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
