I couldn’t sleep, so my whole body ached, my face hurt, and it felt like it was going to burst. I almost cried at dawn, but I thought I’d swell more if I cried, so I turned on Netflix and held it in Still, today I went in, had the bandage removed, got the shampoo service, changed to the facial compression band, and now I’m on the train going back down to the provinces looking somewhat human again.. My mouth and face are still very swollen, so it’s hard, but I think it’s better than yesterday... I have no sensation around my mouth and face, and the pain of not being able to open my mouth is so severe
