Five years ago, when I didn't know anything, I had nose surgery purely for cosmetic reasons. Silicone was used for the nasal bridge, and ear cartilage and septal cartilage were used for the nasal tip. I also had non-incisional nostril reduction. Right now, there is almost no swelling and it does feel like my own nose. Maybe because it was non-incisional nostril reduction, it seems like my nostrils have gone back to how they used to be. But at some point, when I took photos with the default camera, I realized my nostrils were uneven and asymmetrical. The hospital where I had my nose surgery disappeared, so while looking around for consultations, I went to one and decided to have complete nose implant removal in April.
