After philtrum reduction, I don't know if it's nasal deformity or contracture, but my nose looks upturned and my nostrils became more visible ㅠㅠ I'm looking into hospitals, but since it hasn't been 6 months, they won't give me a consultation ㅠㅠ My last nose surgery was 4 years ago.. I'm looking at ㄱㅅ and ㅅㅎ. Would they be okay? I did philtrum reduction for no reason, and now it looks like I'll end up having a revision revision nose surgery I never expected.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
