During the consultation, when I had consultations at other hospitals, they said I had a slight pectus excavatum-like feel, but that it was not pectus excavatum and was a normal rib cage. Since there was volume asymmetry between the left and right sides, they said they would insert different implant sizes on each side during surgery. They said they would use a tool called a sizer during surgery to perform a more detailed operation. During the ultrasound exam, they said my pectoralis major muscle was well developed, and since I usually exercise, they recommended the subfascial method because of the possibility of animation deformity. Also, since I have some accessory breast tissue near the armpits, we decided to remove it during surgery and do a hybrid procedure with cleavage fat grafting to make the cleavage shape look natural. They said an axillary incision was possible, and since there were no other special issues, they could perform the surgery beautifully. They said recovery would be fast and it would not hurt too much, so I immediately set a date and booked it. For the preoperative tests (blood test, X-ray), I visited an internal medicine clinic, got checked, and submitted them separately; the ECG test can be done at the hospital.

I arrived at 11 on the day, and while consulting with the manager, I had planned to do only accessory breast liposuction, but since I was already doing it, I decided to do my thighs too.

The design started, and they were sooooo meticulous. It really felt like drawing on a blank canvas lol

Lastly, they asked if I had any questions, so I asked, "Can we make it just a little bigger?" and they increased it by 20 cc!! lol (satisfied, super satisfied)

Surgery started at 12:30. The operating room felt clean, and with the anesthesiologist present and real-time CCTV shown, it seemed top-notch for trust and cleanliness. Everything from start to finish was completed by the director's own hands.

They said the surgical progress was good, and that after 2 months my thigh line would also become pretty. Other than my left breast hurting a bit, the pain is bearable. I thought I had won the painless recovery lottery.

I was discharged after about 2 hours in the recovery room, picked up my medication, took a designated driver service, and went home.

Day 1: It hurt less than I expected, so I slept lying down, but when I got up, I felt like I understood what people mean when they say it feels like their breasts are going to fall off lololol The upper breasts feel extremely compressed, and the stiffness?? is severe. The texture is very firm, and because of the taping, I still can't imagine the breast shape. It just feels like they got bigger? I am not used to the upper breast fullness. I did the stretching the hospital told me to do, and it hurt like crazy lol breast muscle soreness.

Day 2: I went to the hospital, had the taping removed, the director checked my progress, I put on the corrective garment, and received hyperbaric oxygen therapy and radiofrequency care. They told me to come back on day 7 to remove the liposuction stitches and receive breast care.

Currently on day 5, there is stiffness and muscle soreness, and there is still some upper bulging, but I am satisfied with the size. They are not huge, but it feels well balanced with my body.

But I have to go back to work next week. Does everyone just go with patches on?? It feels so unfamiliar ㅜㅜㅜ
