I'm looking into revision surgery. Because I have a contracted nose, the nasal tip has lifted a lot, so the end of the silicone is almost touching it. About 2 mm.. I'm going around for consultations, but I'm worried it might break through in the meantime. I'm scared it could be pierced through overnight. The clinic I went to for a consultation said it would break through soon, but shouldn't I at least have time to look for a clinic? lol
