Hello After making a big decision, it has been one week since I had two types of facial contouring: square jaw and front chin..! To be exact, it’s day 8! I had been determined to get it done for years, and once I got fixated on one place, I went straight for a consultation, booked right away, and hurriedly got the surgery done.
Day 1 I was going from Busan to Seoul, but I got mixed up on the way and ended up quite late for my surgery time..ㅠㅠ So I rushed over, and thankfully they prepared me for surgery quickly. I met the doctor, showed the photos of the face shape I wanted one more time, had the design drawn.. and then had the surgery! When I closed and opened my eyes, the surgery was over, and they woke me up, so I walked to the recovery room on my own two feet..! I think they had me do that because I needed to wake up after general anesthesia. And they kept telling me not to fall asleep whenever they came in to give me antibiotic injections or painkiller injections.. But I was so sleepy that I did doze off a bit..ㅠㅠ My throat really felt like it was going to tear, and it hurt.. I couldn’t even look at my phone, so I just spaced out for hours..... During that time, I did regret having the surgery a little..(I’m normally the type who absolutely never regrets things) I stayed hospitalized for one day, and all night it was an endless cycle of bloody phlegm coming up, coughing, and my throat feeling like it was going to tear ㅠ Just when I thought I was falling asleep, I would sleep for an hour to an hour and a half and wake up, and since I had to sleep sitting up, it was really toughㅠ
Day 2 In the morning, the nurses prepared my discharge kit and explained everything, then I got a CT scan. As soon as the director came, he showed me the before-and-after CT scans and showed me the surgery CCTV from beginning to end. He explained everything so kindly without seeming bothered at all, and he said it went well, so I felt really relieved..! ㅜㅜ I went back to my family home wearing the facial compression band.... but using public transportation was painful because of the coughing and phlegm ㅠㅠ When I got home and took off the compression band, I was surprised because I was really swollen, but I felt more reassured than I expected, so I thought maybe the swelling wasn’t that bad...... But on day 3........
