The area between my nasal bridge and nasal tip has sunken in. Is this a saddle nose? I heard it’s difficult to operate on too, and I think the problem was probably that they used my septal cartilage They say if too much is harvested, it can cause a saddle nose. Has anyone had a case like mine and had a successful revision surgery..... Maybe because of that, my nostrils also look more asymmetric than before. It’s not severe, but..
