Originally I had almost no nasal bridge and my nostrils/alar base were on the wide side, but only the nose was made pointy and raised without an implant, and I even had alar reductionㅜ When I showed them my original nose, they said it would go back.. but it felt like they said it without really looking properly.. Since I even had alar reduction, I wonder if it can really go back to my original nose.. If I do a complete removal 6 months after surgery, how much will it go back.. I’m worried whether it’ll return to being wide and spread out like before, or whether it’ll shrink completely
