Are there many cases where people get lower blepharoplasty fat repositioning + fat grafting because the under-eye hollowing and tear trough are pronounced? I don’t have fat.
Since I don’t really have fat, if I do only repositioning without fat removal, release the tear trough, reinforce the septum, and do fat grafting, would the area that makes the dark circles look prominent become a bit lighter and look less severe??
