Hello, it's already almost been a month since I had it done. First of all, I'm not going to do a second session What I first thought was swelling has all gone down, but now that I look, my face has become very round. Of course, the stress I used to have when I walked around outside and took off my mask because the area under my cheekbones looked so hollow is gone, but I regret not doing only the side cheeks. As I said before, I think the face shape that will see the best effect is someone whose face is sufficiently long vertically but overall lacks horizontal volume. My face is short vertically and wide horizontally, and adding volume to that seems to have made it too round I don't think the director takes that kind of thing into consideration. I saw in a community review that they just make it round, and now I think I understand why... Anyway, the stress I had before surgery, looking too gaunt and sunken, has been resolved, so I'm not going to get the second session and will wait for it to go down just a little more from here. I'm worried because I read that if the graft takes too well, it may not go down from here, and fat harvested from the thigh or abdomen is harder to remove than facial fat I really think it's hard to be 100% satisfied with surgery. For those who want a natural look, I personally don't recommend the front cheekbone/front cheek area, and I think the side cheek and nasolabial fold area may be worth trying.
