Left Mentor Smooth 350 cc, right 450 cc During the consultation, I strongly emphasized that I definitely wanted to be at least a full D even after the swelling went down. The director accepted that well. Surgery was on January 3 at the 12 o’clock time slot. After arriving at the hospital, I had a brief consultation with the manager and the director, then went into the sterile operating room. The anesthesiologist came, and after anesthesia, when I opened my eyes I was in the recovery room. I was really cold, but the care staff warmed me up, so I rested for 2 hours, then came home with the pain-control injection attached. Unlike other hospitals, they didn’t put me in a compression bra and only used an upper band, so it wasn’t stuffy at all. It felt like chest muscle soreness, and it was only uncomfortable when changing clothes. I think the best combination would be an oversized zip-up, loose pants, and slippers. When sleeping, I stacked 2 back cushions and slept not completely sitting up, but lying at about a 60-degree angle. When I woke up in the morning, it felt the stiffest, but it wasn’t painful. I had worried a lot that it would hurt, but it was so much better than I expected that I really regretted not doing it sooner. There was no bleeding or pain, but the upper-breast fullness and abdominal swelling were a bit severe. It seems to be getting better day by day. On January 10, I visited the hospital for week-1 care and suture removal. The suture removal & breast rubber pack felt so refreshing. I briefly saw the director, heard the precautions and that the swelling would continue to go down until the 6-month mark, got a prescription for capsular contracture medication, and came home. They said sports bras and non-wired bras were okay, so I wore a Nike sports bra in E cup. The hardest part is taking the capsular contracture medication on time, but I set alarms and take it diligently. On January 17, I went in for week-2 care and received cryo & LED device care. As the days pass, the upper swelling is going down. I really like the shape, and I hope only the upper fullness goes down from here and the swelling contributing to the breast size doesn’t go down. My friend had it done on the same day too. At consultations at other hospitals, they said she would need an O-shaped incision and also implants, so the price had gone up a lot, and she was worried the scarring would be severe. But here, they confidently said it was possible with only a periareolar incision + implants, so she did it together with me. Looking at the after-surgery photos, the before-and-after difference is clear, the breasts lifted beautifully, and the size is just right. I think the inframammary incision scar will also disappear cleanly. I think visiting about 3 places for consultations is enough, and I hope you definitely put this hospital on your list. Surgery really seems like something you should do at a place with a lot of experience.
