Ah, honestly I’m satisfied with my nasal bridge… but my nasal tip is a bulbous nose, and that’s what I’m unhappy with… But getting new silicone again feels a bit excessive… I just want to touch up the nasal tip and alar base a bit,,, I want to remove the cartilage from the tip and use autologous costal cartilage or something, but then would the cost come out similar to the cost of silicone???
