Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I had revision surgery with donated rib cartilage and had no problems for 8 years, but donated again…

It’s now been 8 years since I had revision surgery with donated rib cartilage. After the surgery, I had been doing well without symptoms like inflammation or nasal tip drooping. But since right after the surgery, my nose has been crooked and my nostrils have been very uneven, so I’m planning to have another revision surgery this time. The clinic said the cartilage currently inside my nose is also firm, so it seems like it could be reused. But I’m thinking of just paying extra and using new donated rib cartilage. Since I’ve done well all this time after surgery with donated rib cartilage, without inflammatory reactions or sagging, would it be okay to use donated rib cartilage again? I’m hesitating about autologous costal cartilage because of the cost and because they said pneumothorax can occurㅜ
