I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery 10 years ago, and only one side came undone, so I went for consultations because my eyes are uneven. The first clinic: Maybe because I said I wanted to avoid an incision, they suggested natural adhesion + slight fat removal only at the end. They did mention non-incisional ptosis correction, but said it was a bit ambiguous whether I needed ptosis correction, so if I was just recreating the original line as it was, I didn’t need it, and if I wanted it bigger, it would be good to do. The second clinic: To put it very simply, full incision + ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty + fat removal + repositioning while removing...? + cutting out 1-2 mm of skin because they said the skin had stretched. But the line they marked... they said my current line is thick too (they said it looks about 8 mm), so they lowered the line, but it was completely an inner double eyelid line. Everyone had always said my original eyes were pretty.. to the point that nobody even knew I had double eyelid surgery, so when I saw the line they marked I was seriously like, uh...? uh...? The price was also in the high 3 million won range / low 2 million won range if I leave app reviews n times
