During my first surgery, the silicone implant in my nasal bridge was inserted too short, so a step-off formed between the bridge and the tip, creating a shadow. I’m thinking about revision surgery because I want to fix that ㅠㅠ I had surgery with a 2 mm silicone implant for the bridge and only autologous septal cartilage. At the place I went for a consultation today, they said if that’s the only thing I want to fix, we could resolve just the stepped area with dermal filler or by taking ear cartilage. Honestly, I’m drawn to just fixing the step-off with ear cartilage..!! Would it be okay to do revision surgery that way:.?
