I had revision surgery this time For my first surgery, they only used septal cartilage for the nasal tip After some time, I said it felt like my nasal tip had gotten low, so they placed artificial dermis, MegaDerm, on top of the septal cartilage For the revision surgery, I asked them to make it as high as possible no matter what They said they would use donated rib cartilage But after the surgery, I found out they used two pieces of ear cartilage too Is it because they had to raise it as much as possible? Do they use donated rib cartilage and ear cartilage together too?
