Everyone knows fillers are hard to maintain in shape as it is, right? I got anterior cheek filler without thinking much, and my face turned into Anpanman, so I had it dissolved after a week. I’ve gotten filler in almost every area except my chin, and the anterior cheeks were seriously the worst... Even when you dissolve it, it doesn’t dissolve completely well lol ㅜㅜ This is an area where there’s really no answer if it sags or spreads, so unless you really have to, don’t get it..
