My teeth weren’t extremely crooked, so without extractions, they shaved between the teeth, placed screws in the gums, and pushed the teeth backward to create space! Since my alignment wasn’t that bad, I thought it would take a short time, but it took about two and a half years. It didn’t change dramatically, but having straight teeth show clearly when I smile definitely changed my image!
