Hi, when I was 20, I had partial-incision double eyelid surgery, but the double eyelid lines on both sides were uneven and the line on the right side came undone, so I wanted double eyelid revision surgery.
What I wanted was symmetrical double eyelid lines and lighter-looking upper eyelids, so I had consultations at a few plastic surgery clinics in Gangnam with that as the main focus. I chose one clinic after seeing the director and consultation manager, who seemed the most trustworthy and confident, and at that clinic I decided to do buried-suture double eyelids, non-incisional ptosis correction, endoscopic forehead lift, and lateral canthoplasty all at once. I like getting everything done in one go.
On the day of surgery, I was worried because I was having many procedures at once, but the director, manager, and nurses explained everything in detail once again and reassured me, so I was able to trust them and lie down on the operating table. When they did the local anesthesia, they put me to sleep briefly, so I didn’t even know it hurt, and the surgery was over in the blink of an eye~
After the surgery was all finished, I waited in the recovery room for about 30 minutes, and since my condition was okay, I could go home right away. Right after surgery, tears kept flowing so I couldn’t see well, but once I got home and kept applying an ice pack, it was okay from the next day. With eye surgery, I didn’t really feel pain, so there wasn’t anything uncomfortable, but because of the forehead surgery I felt nauseous and had a headache. But I had been told about this in advance, so I used a motion-sickness patch and took Tylenol, and it was okay. The pain could be controlled with medicine, so it was fine, but because there were sutures in the lateral canthoplasty area and a bandage on my forehead, I was okay, but other people looking at me seemed uncomfortable haha eye assault Everyone said it looked gross: other than this, I don’t think there was any inconvenience in daily life. It’s only been about 7 days since surgery, and I still haven’t had all the stitches removed from the lateral canthoplasty and forehead areas, and I still have a lot of swelling, but people around me are already saying the surgery seems to have gone well, so I’m really looking forward to when the swelling goes down! Super satisfied
