First of all, all the staff, including the director and consultant, were very kind. They took a CT scan and face photos, and the consultation went in the order of consultant > director > consultant. Since it was my first consultation, I couldn’t prepare many questions, but the director explained the issues with my nose and even showed me the shape directly with a cotton swab. They also showed me before-and-after photos of noses similar to mine, and explained clearly whether I wanted a more glamorous nose or a natural-looking nose and which would suit me better, so I felt they were trustworthy. After the consultation with the director, I had another consultation with the consultant about the cost, and there was absolutely no pressure to pay a deposit. They send videos each time with questions I might have or precautions for the relevant timing, such as one week before surgery and the day of surgery!!
