Today is day 13, including the day of surgery. I came to get the stitches inside my mouth removed, and I seriously thought I was going to die from the pain....... I felt so upset that I bawled Ha.... Maybe it’s because I’m the type who feels a lot of pain.... Anyway... ha.. after surgery, I feel like the service is getting worse and worse... I’m the type who thinks it’s fine as long as the surgical result is good. But what is this? I requested the surgery CCTV, and they said the person in charge misunderstood something that day so it wasn’t recorded. They didn’t take a CT after surgery either, and after the surgery, when I had the stitches under my ears removed, the director just passed by for like seriously 30 seconds?? at the stitch-removal area and said, “Mm. It turned out well~” and left right away... What is this? After surgery, there’s not a single thing I like, whether it’s the director, the CT, or even the CCTV... I held back because the result still seems okay.... I said I’d pay with my own money to get a CT, and they said fine, so I took one and looked at it with the manager, but what would I know just by looking... I asked if they could give me the CT file or let me take a photo of the screen with my phone, and they said I’d have to pay for that too? What kind of nonsense is that.... ha.. I didn’t even get to see the director at all, and I can’t take the CT I paid for myself, and I can’t even take a phone photo.. ha... Are they kidding me? Is it usually like this? After surgery, it feels like they just go cold on you...
