I heard from a review that there is a hospital near my home that only performs autologous dermal rhinoplasty, so I went for a consultation. Since I went after giving birth, I brought my baby along, and both the manager and nurses kindly looked after and fussed over the baby. When I first entered, I felt relieved because the manager seemed to have been there for a long time. My nose, which had already undergone filler and several rounds of nose thread lifting, was being assessed for revision, and the manager explained the expected results quite realistically. If this had been my first surgery, it would have been difficult to understand, but because I have experience with several procedures and know my nose’s limitations, the manager’s words actually felt more genuine... haha. The surgeon explained the advantages and disadvantages in a balanced, professor-like manner. They also explained what efforts they had made to overcome the limitations of autologous dermal surgery, which made me trust them more. They gave advice about the nasal skin that had already become red from filler as well. At first, I thought the surgeon might be cold, but the way they looked at my baby was so sweet that I felt even more reassured emotionally. They said that using autologous dermis and nasal tip cartilage would make the tip look slimmer from its current state with filler, and I actually liked that because I do not want a sharply elevated bridge with silicone; the tip is my concern. However, I am deliberating a little because they said the buttock dermis harvesting incision would be about 10–15 cm. I am married, so I think it will be fine, but if I were in my teens or twenties, I probably could not have done it. Anyway, the consultation was realistic and aimed at a safe, long-term surgery rather than being exaggerated or mechanical, so I booked the surgery here. This hospital also responds very quickly when asking questions or making inquiries before booking or surgery, so it seems well organized. Satisfied 🧡
