I had a nasal-sculpting injection combined with nasal alar Botox. I had a slight bulbous-nose look and was stressed by my nostrils spreading when I smiled, so I proceeded after hearing that the combination worked well. The alar Botox felt tingling and caused a momentary tear, while the nasal-sculpting injection only felt sore. Immediately afterward, my nose looked slightly swollen because of the injection volume, but after a few hours the medication was absorbed and the volume quickly settled. Around days three to four, my nostrils no longer spread widely when I smiled, and I could feel the muscles tightening. After one to two weeks, I could see that the nasal tip line and the side cheek fat had been slightly refined, so my nose no longer looked blunt overall and appeared neat.
