My under-eye fat protrusion was not severe, but it bothered me, so I had it done, and it turned out reasonably well. They also provided a second fat graft, but I bruised again during the second procedure. While doing this, I definitely could not work out, so it seemed like a season when my muscles were shrinking rapidly. I visited several clinics while researching in person, but entrusted myself to this one because the director seemed confident. During the second fat graft, they filled the areas I wanted, and when I mentioned other things, the director clearly said no because it seemed likely to turn out badly, which I appreciated. The result seems to settle to some extent after about one month.
