Double eyelid revision surgery clinic-visit review Same-day clinic It was at 3 o’clock, but I saw the director at 4:30 ㅡㅡ I saw the consultant, director, then consultant, in that order. The consultation time was about 5 minutes. I went to match my double eyelid lines, but they said that couldn’t be done. They only suggested epicanthoplasty restoration, which I didn’t even want. They said that if I wanted an in-out line, the epicanthoplasty would have to be closed up. I went there to match the height of my double eyelids, but out of nowhere they kept talking about epicanthoplasty restoration, so I only wasted time and came back. They said the double eyelid lines on both sides couldn’t be matched!! It was a waste of time and my schedule got completely messed up. Since it wasn’t the surgery I wanted, I tried not to listen to the surgery fee, but anyway, the epicanthoplasty restoration was something like 1.7 million won. Anyway, because time got delayed here,
Second
I couldn’t go to Unique. I have to reschedule!!
Wasted time. Third Thank You consultation Since I couldn’t go to the second place, I had too much free time, so I went early and waited. When I first arrived, they took photos.
Here, I had a consultation with the consultant, had the consultant’s consultation, then again with the consultant. The Thank You director’s consultation was neat and he held the line two or three times. He said they would go in the direction of matching the line as much as possible toward what I wanted!! The line I want is in-out, but for the front to look closed, the line has to be lowered a lot, so he said if I wanted to maintain the line height, doing around a semi-out line, raising one side and lowering the other, would give about a semi-out line. Incisional surgery, ptosis correction, lowering the line on one side. The estimate was not like I had done it many times, just a revision surgery,
but it came out to 5 million won. For eyelid revision, I expected late 3 million to early 4 million won, but it came out a bit high.
They said my eyes are somewhat difficult. I was worried about scarring after revision surgery, and emphasized matching the double eyelid line height equally. When I was leaving the director, I also asked about things like aftercare/AS, but he told me to consult with the consultant about that. (For this part, I deliberately asked the director because later the consultant and director could say different things.) When I had the consultation with the director, there seemed to be some direction for improvement, so I felt somewhat confident. With my eyes, it won’t change greatly, but the difference in left-right height when I close my eyes would improve. After that, consultation with the consultant. Thank You said they only provide AS when it comes undone. For a case like mine, it’s incisional and my eyelids are thin, so it’s almost unlikely to come undone, and they said they don’t do it for subjective things like dissatisfaction with the shape!! Anyway, the consultant said, with my eyes, paying this price to gain 1, would I be willing to give up 5? Since I’m also worried about scarring ㅜㅜ she told me to think carefully.. Honestly, she said my eyes are pretty now, and asked what if I try to match that line and it doesn’t turn out even more the way I want. So I keep worrying again.. What I’m most worried about is this too. I don’t like my eyes now, but if I get surgery and the shape I want doesn’t come out and I get scars, really... For now, I’ll book the places I couldn’t visit, and for the remaining places, I’ll go to Garden, IQ, and Unique, then decide. Among the Same-day clinic and Thank You consultations, the Same-day clinic was a bit not great. Thank You was okay and good.
