I had my first rhinoplasty (silicone for the nasal bridge, ear cartilage for the nasal tip), but it looks slightly unnatural and the nasal tip is a bit crooked, so my nostrils became unevenㅠㅜ Not just at a glance, but if you look closely, they’re slightly uneven.. I’m 6 months post-op now, so I’m thinking about revision rhinoplasty, but I really feel reluctant to put silicone in again. When I went to the clinic where I had my first surgery and asked, they told me to choose between autologous dermis or autologous costal cartilage for the nasal bridge.. So what I’m debating between is removing the silicone and only fixing the nasal tip, or putting autologous costal cartilage in the nasal bridge and fixing the nasal tip again. I’m really torn between these two..
Is there anyone here who put autologous costal cartilage in the nasal bridge..? I feel like I’d regret it too much if I just removed the bridge implant, so I want to use autologous costal cartilage, but I heard there can be warpingㅠㅜㅜㅜ
