They didn't even ask what shape I wanted and said we should do the surgery in the shape they wanted. I don't know why I even went for the consultation. But they still charged 10,000 won for the consultation. lol
C They said my jaw asymmetry was severe, told me to check whether I had malocclusion, and said if I was going to have double-jaw surgery, I shouldn't do rhinoplasty first and it might be better to come back later. Then after looking at my CT, they said I didn't have malocclusion, so I probably didn't really need double-jaw surgery. They said they checked carefully because if I do jaw surgery and nose surgery, I'd have to revise the nose, and I could feel that they were paying very close attention. Then they looked at my nose, and after checking it, they said my facial proportions and nose go well together, and my nose isn't low either, so it doesn't look like I really need nose surgery. They asked why I was trying to get rhinoplasty when I didn't need it. Still, I told them I was dissatisfied, and they asked what parts were bothering me.
After I explained this and that, the surgical method was:

They said I don't need osteotomy. Since I didn't want silicone and asked whether implant-free was possible, they said only the nasal tip is possible with implant-free, but kept emphasizing that there may not be much change from the front. ㅠㅠ That's because in a bulbous nose, the nasal tip has to become higher for it to look slimmer, but my nasal tip is already on the high side, so I'm debating.. Everyone here, which hospital would you go to? I'm going to get one more consultation, but I'm getting tired of going around for consultations.. Personally, I think the hospital that took the CT and explained while looking at it sounded the most convincing.. But I'm scared to put in silicone, and I also don't want it to change so little that no one around me notices.. Since my nose is already high, I feel like making it even higher would look too unnatural.. A high bulbous nose is really difficult.. Please give me some advice..
